The STEM & Leaf Corps
About
The STEM & Leaf Corps is an education-oriented outreach initiative geared towards TTU Honors College students (but open to all students) with three main goals. The first is to give high-achieving TTU undergraduates from various disciplines the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in instruction and, in the process, stimulate an interest in the incorporation of teaching into their future careers. The second is to give local students the chance to receive both high-quality academic enrichment and support that may help them reach and exceed their potentials. And the third is to promote creativity in service by building a network of student-run and data-driven programs that encourage collaboration, accountability, and diversity.
