Big XII Student Government Conference is scheduled for October 1st through 4th. Delegates are only expected to cover travel and lodging, all meals and ground transportation are included as part of the conference, if delegates stay at the conference hotel.
A registration form must be filled out each delegate! We have allotted delegation to have up to 8 participants attend the conference (including your advisor). Please register early if your will be bringing more than eight. Note that the registration fee is $125 per person! This fee will help to cover the cost of food and ground transportation for the conference.
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT REGISTRATION IS SEPTEMBER 12TH AT 11:59PM, Please make sure all members are registered by this time.
